Join Us For The 50th Anniversary Walkathon!
The Global Care-A-Thon Walkathon started in 1975 as a Sunday School initiative at Heimdal Community Church. At the time, Hattie Kellert and Mamie Wenger were the teachers, and they asked the children what they could do to make Sunday school more interesting.
The idea of sponsoring a child in another country was suggested and these two teachers took this suggestion seriously, and the idea came to life. Over the past 50 years, the Walkathon has successfully raised over 2 million dollars.

Building Strong Foundations: Supporting the Heartfelt Mission of Father's House International
We've joined forces with Father's House International (FHI) to extend aid to children worldwide. Presently, our efforts are directed towards sustaining an orphanage in both Romania and South Africa. Through our collaboration with FHI, we contribute to the provision of clothing, food, and education, ensuring a better future for these children.
